We assess current joint use workflows, align stakeholders, and design practical operating improvements that support safer, faster, and more cost-effective pole transfer programs.

We develop and implement joint use programs to make utility service operations more efficient. Our programs are designed to exceed utility company Benefit-to-Cost Ratio and Program Administration Cost Ratio thresholds. Our program management focus area is Common Crew / One Touch pole transfer programs.

The JUS Conference convenes leaders across utilities, telecommunications, regulators, and contractors to advance collaborative solutions and best practices in joint use infrastructure. It offers a strategic forum to explore innovative technologies, foster cross-sector partnerships, and accelerate progress toward safer, more efficient joint use outcomes.

For Evaluation and Monitoring, we work with leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to define goals and objectives driven by regulatory and business requirements. We then design a data acquisition plan that includes baseline and cadence before continuing on to collection and analyses of the data, ending with detailed results and recommendations, and ongoing reporting.
